Indicators of Innovation in the Strategic Management of the Textile Sector

The internal structure of Ecuadorian textile companies includes an important aspect: their level innovation. To remain competitive, it is crucial for these to continuously update and create cutting-edge processes that differentiate them from in other countries. This study examines the impact innovation on strategic management industry. Data was collected through a survey based structured questionnaire, which administered company managers Sierra region. questionnaire underwent validation by eight industry experts, its high reliability confirmed using Cronbach's Alpha method. results indicate positive relationship between management.
